4QT-DK er et PROM (Patient Reported Outcome Measure) til screening for dysfagi hos ældre.

4QT-DK er udviklet i 2020. Den oversatte danske version er fra 2025.

Oversættelsesmetode:
Forward and backtranslation; The linguistic validation was inspired and carried out according to the Sousa et al. guideline of translation and backtranslation,
as the 4QT was translated to Danish by two experienced dysphagia therapists and back-translated to English by a Danish speech and language therapist working with dysphagia, and who has been living in the UK for 30 years, and finally, the back-translation was accepted by Professor David Smithard, who developed the 4QT.
